At Smart Vibez, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


📅 30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.


📦 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Missing parts

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling


🔄 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


💳 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.


🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Smart Vibez will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
